4. At Restore Dental, your dentist may recommend a crown to help strengthen weakened teeth that have fracture lines or cracks, to replace a missing tooth as partof a bridge as well as for cosmetic purposes to improve the tooth’s appearance, shape and or alignment.
5. There are different materials that your crown can be made from, including: zirconia, all ceramic, gold, and porcelain.

Bridges

1. A bridge, also known as a fixed dental prosthesis, is designed to replace a missing tooth or teeth. On either side of the missing tooth or teeth, your natural teeth or implant(s) are used as retainers to suspend the false tooth or teeth from to fill the empty space. Replacing missing teeth is important for adequate chewing, speech as well as to provide equal force to the rest of the teeth in your mouth. Choosing a bridge to replace missing teeth is a great option for those who are not candidates for dental implants but who want a permanent, fixed solution.

2. Your dentist at Restore Dental will provide you with all of your options so that you can choose the best solution for you!
